Can you see anybody who is not attracted to beauty? Is there anybody oriented towards ugliness? Everybody likes others if they look good. We like scenic landscapes, beautiful homes, nice offices, sleek vehicles, fashionable clothing, attractive food and drinks and so on.
We are involuntarily dragged towards aesthetically pleasing things and persons!
From times immemorial, women and girls decorated themselves with ornaments and fanciful dresses. Men decorated them and thei belongings with beautiful representations of their achievements. They enriched themselves and their surroundings with beautiful things even if they had only a functional value.
Don't you see pottery, shoes, furniture, clothing, arms, roofs, windows, horse's saddles, vessels, bars, restaurents, royal insignia, flags, sports cups and shields and everything beautified in many ways?
That is what I wish to call Art in Living.
Yes, art is there in every part of our living.
And the best thing is we enjoy beauty!
